This morning a person a follow, admire and inspires me to wellness share some information about sugar. Reading this made me think of the decisions I make every day.
I totally believe that when we think about sugar we associate it with overweight or gaining weight when it is more than that and it can cause health issues.
A very important source of sugar comes from sodas and other beverages we drink, and we don’t realize or are conscious about the effects they can cause.
Have you ever wonder how much sugar is in a soda, let’s say a coke?
I have read and learned about the horrible effects that sugar can cause to our health and today Ed Dailey reminded me, and I am so grateful for that.
More than 6 years ago I decided to quit drinking sodas… I said goodbye to Diet Coke and all other sodas. It was a personal decision, one I made because I was worried about my health.
Today I reaffirm that it is something I don’t need in my life and I have better options to replace it.
You will always see me with a water bottle. What you probably won’t notice is the essential oils in it. I love to add a few drops of lemon, orange, grapefruit or citrus fresh; it’s not only about the flavor but the properties these essential oils bring to my body.
What are you willing to do for your health?
